77pu Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 77pu (referred to herein as "the Platform," "the Service," or "77pu"), you ("the User," "the Player," or "you") agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 77pu platform, including players based in the Philippines and any other jurisdiction where access to the Service is not prohibited by local law. Your continued use of the 77pu Service following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 77pu platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which you represent and warrant to be true at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR responsible gaming standards applicable to casino-style gaming activities.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 77pu or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 77pu platform or had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.

77pu reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine ID for age and identity verification. Access to the Service will be suspended pending satisfactory verification where required.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on 77pu, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify 77pu promptly of any changes to this information.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77pu account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. 77pu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the 77pu platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, you must contact 77pu support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

77pu reserves the right to require Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage of your account lifecycle. Verification documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

77pu accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. 77pu does not accept deposits from third parties.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. 77pu targets processing of withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts, subject to the volume of pending requests and any applicable security holds. Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and are set out in the VIP Programme terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 77pu platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 77pu platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts in good standing. Accounts under investigation, self-excluded accounts, or accounts with outstanding KYC requirements are not eligible.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) becomes withdrawable.
• 77pu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to active players.
• Abuse of bonus terms, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 77pu platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 77pu game categories:

• Game outcomes produced by 77pu's certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") and live dealer procedures are final. 77pu does not accept claims based on alleged errors in RNG output.
• In the event of a software malfunction or system error during a live game session, 77pu reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. Bets placed outside these limits due to system error will be adjusted to the applicable limit.
• Collusion between players, use of automated betting software (bots), and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the 77pu platform:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
2. Using the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or funding of illegal activities.
3. Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in any 77pu game or platform system.
4. Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Service without express written authorisation from 77pu.
5. Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 77pu staff members via any communication channel on the platform.
6. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing self-exclusion, KYC restrictions, or bonus eligibility rules.
7. Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute transactions with payment providers in bad faith following the completion of legitimate game play.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting of relevant information to applicable law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

77pu is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following player protection tools are available to all registered 77pu accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Temporary Cool-Off: Account suspension periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, effective immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion from the 77pu platform, effective immediately. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reactivated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77pu platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, user interface design, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77pu or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 77pu content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77pu and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

77pu's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to the 77pu platform in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77pu does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Service at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by 77pu is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• 77pu employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption to protect data in transit.
• 77pu does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

12. Amendments to Terms

77pu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Continued use of the 77pu Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request the closure of your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 77pu Service, the parties agree to attempt resolution in the first instance through 77pu's customer support channels.

Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable procedural rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 77pu from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
